Processing Time:

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Ans: Orders are processed between 3-5 business 

When does my order ships?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days based on your selected method of service. Due to COVID-19 global pandemic, shipping times may be delayed.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you certainly can! We will provide a tracking number within 2-3 days after your order has been processed. We will send your tracking information for the email provided, please us that number to check on your package location.

How can I update my shipping address?

If your order/orders haven’t been shipped yet, you can contact us  and we’d be more than happy to assist you. Please ensure to check your address before placing orders. If orders are returned you are responsible for the shipping fees to resend packages.

What if I haven’t received my package?

We’re sorry you haven’t received your package. However, once your order has been shipped TLK is no longer responsible nor liable. T’LUXE Kozmetiks is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. If there’s any issue with your package NOT being delivered , please contact your carrier of choice when you checked your orders out.
